The job, as I've come to understand it, is part creative, part logistics, part therapist, part sherpa. Somebody has to keep the thing moving and know when to push, when to protect the work, and when to just pick up the phone.

Off the clock, I'm with my family, yelling at the Knicks, or getting humbled on a tennis court. On the clock, I'm apparently one of the most active people on Slack, which is either a flex or a cry for help.
